A 4-inch heel that wears like three.

Here is the math designers rarely explain. A 4-inch stiletto drops the heel 4 inches below the ball of the foot, loading the forefoot at a steep angle. Add a 1-inch platform under the forefoot and that gap closes to 3 inches of actual rise. Same silhouette. Same height. A fraction of the forefoot pressure. The Valentina runs a 4-inch heel with a 1-inch platform, so the effective rise is 3 inches. That is why it is easier to walk in than a 4-inch stiletto with no platform, and why you can wear it past the first hour.

Size up. The Valentina is built on a wider last with a wider ankle and deeper toe box. If you are between sizes, go up. Exchanges are free if the fit is off.
Will these fit my calves?
The shaft is knee-high with stretch panels built into the calf section. These are designed to accommodate a real range of calf sizes, not just a narrow runway fit. If you have a fuller calf and have had trouble with knee-high boots before, the stretch panels here make a difference. If you are above 45cm calf and want to confirm fit, reach out before ordering.
How do I care for the suede panels?
Apply a suede protector before first wear and reapply periodically. After wearing, brush the suede panels lightly with a suede brush to lift the nap. Avoid heavy rain on the suede sections. The smooth leather areas of the upper can be wiped with a damp cloth and conditioned as normal.
How is the Valentina constructed?
